I'm Jim Redington, an agent like you. Nine years ago I started a real estate link exchange site (www.MoveMeTo.com) with the idea of bringing more business to agent's real estate sites. It has grown to over 1,600 hundred links and has been very successful in helping agents throughout the US and Canada. From it's success came the idea for this site, www.MyNextCity.com. Each of the two sites focus on different key words to help connect with different customer searches.

The basic idea behind "MyNextCity.com" is to put one simple link on your site in-exchange for more "real estate" traffic to your site.  We all win with more clients visiting our sites. Your only cost is the link on your site. Keep in mind for this exchange to work you must post a visible link back to www.MyNextCity.com on your site. Also, please remember a little patience with your requests. Applications are often addressed within the same day (when I'm at my desk) and sometimes within a few days (when I'm traveling or trying to have a regular life).

Also, feel free in exchanging links with the other site, www.MoveMeTo.com for an ablily to attract more clients to your site.

Please note a few rules regarding the link on your site:

1. The link must be in a visible location. It can not be difficult to find or hidden on a page. It must be in a logical location (not on your favorite recipes page). Your main page works great (see below). It can be on your "links" page but must be easily found (on the first page if you have multiple link pages). The reciprocal link has to be on the same domain as the site we've exchanged links with.

2. You must have the link on your site pointing to "MyNextCity.com" prior to submitting the form below. This will be checked and your application will be declined if it's not found. Also note, the link must be able to be read by our link checking program and will be checked on a weekly basis.

Want to be one of the "featured" sites listed first in your category highlighted with a ""? More of our visitors will see your site. Just install the link on your Home page. It must be easy to locate. Text-links must be noticeable and not buried someplace or hidden with a smaller font. The button-link can not be compressed. Basically, if it can't be found within a few seconds of checking your site, it won't make the cut.
